Musette [myoo zet] - French term for the over-the-shoulder food bags given to riders while passing through designated feed zones.
The aim of this site is to provide information, observations, interviews, reviews, and other miscellaneous tidbits about the world of road biking, served with healthy helpings of opinions from your host, Eric at BīkFit.
Like the contents of a racer's musette, I hope you find the items in this digital food bag easy to chew, swallow, and digest.
